Position Overview:

We are actively seeking a part-time Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join our leadership team. As the CHRO, you will be instrumental in driving HR strategies that result in a positive employee experience and contribute to organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Management

  • Develop and implement strategies for effective talent management and development. (Promises Kept)
    • Bigger conversation around having managers/growth managers/plans
    • How are we doing this moving forward?

Cultural Leadership and Employee Engagement:

  • Assess the current state of employee engagement and organizational culture and develop initiatives and policies to progress it.

Strategic HR Planning

  • Devise and execute HR strategies that align with organizational objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Provide strategic guidance on HR-related matters to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with outside counsel to address employment matters.

Employee Handbook and Policy Management:

  • Review what we have in place, make any necessary changes or improvements- keep it updated.

    Compensation Management:

    • Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
    • Align total rewards packages with industry standards to attract and retain top talent.

    Qualifications and Outcomes:

    • Experience working in a multi-state organization
    • Proven success in acquiring and retaining top-tier talent, resulting in a high-performing workforce.
    • Cultivated a positive organizational culture, leading to increased employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention
    • Developed and maintained an employee handbook and HR policies, ensuring legal compliance and industry standards.
